Bobby served Articles at Bisset Boehmke & McBlain in Cape Town and was admitted as Attorney and Conveyancer in 1979 when he joined Findlay & Tait. He was admitted as a Notary in 1982 and a Partner / Director in 1983. He has lectured to candidate conveyancers for the Cape Town Attorneys Association.
Bobby was a founder member of Pro-Life in South Africa and was a church council member and warden of Tokai Community Church. He is still a lay reader, home fellowship group leader and steward. Bobby was secretary of the Cape Area Council and synod delegate of the Church of England in South Africa. He is also a Trustee of the Bible Institute of South Africa at Kalk Bay.
Bobby is a member of the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Town Attorneys Association, Christian Lawyers Association and South African Property Owners Association.
Bobby specialises in agreements for property transactions including developments, commercial, industrial, agricultural, leisure and residential properties and registrations to give effect to such agreements. Also the registration of townships, subdivisions, sectional title schemes, servitudes, mineral rights, leases and transfers of ownership of properties, including for companies, trusts, municipalities, churches, individuals, deceased and insolvent estates.
His other practice area's include securing loan finance including registering mortgage bonds and notarial bonds, Property taxes including transfer duty, value added tax, stamp duty, municipal rates and capital gains tax and notarial attestation and execution of deeds of cession, lease, servitude, trust, bonds and antenuptial contracts and authentication of documents for use overseas.
Practising in a city with a Deeds Office that covers vast areas of Western, Southern, Eastern and Northern Cape, Bobby receives work from attorneys all over the country for lodgement and registration in the Cape Town Deeds Office. He has thus been involved with the registration of many transactions including townships and sectional title developments in other parts of the Cape.

Roger has had extensive experience over a 25 (twenty five) year period in dealing with all aspects of property law and conveyancing. This experience includes –

Paul was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1983 and as a notary public in 1999. He joined the firm's property department in 1987 and has been a partner since 1989. Paul specialises in property law and conveyancing including sectional title and notarial law and is based at our Plumstead office in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.
The bulk of Paul's work consists of residential conveyancing and he attended to all the conveyancing relating to the Steenberg Golf Estate in Tokai, one of Cape Town's most prestigious real estate developments.

Ronel is a commercial property lawyer specialising in land-related commercial matters. She has experience in property development from planning, finance, marketing and implementation.
She has been involved in the securing of finance for major commercial developments and acts for corporate clients, private individuals and banking institutions.

Sally obtained a BSocSci degree and a LLB degree (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermariztburg. Sally is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department and has been an admitted attorney and Notary Public since 2003, having completed her articles at Bowman Gilfillan in 2002. She practices in general commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, including corporate recoveries, contractual disputes, delictual claims, commercial and residential property disputes, including evictions, construction and engineering disputes, ante-nuptial contracts and general corporate litigation. Sally has also had articles published in the Property Law Digest, Legal Brief News and De Rebus.
